Pretty sure Michael Vick had no dog in this fight.

The Bears are 3-0. Does anyone really believe they will get to even 8-8?

And I love how they are praising Jay Cutler - who made basically two throws the entire game and should have thrown at least four picks.

Jets/Bucs in '84, where the Bucs allowed the Jets to score in a 41-21 New York win in order to get the ball back so James Wilder could set a record.

(It's far down on the page).

The other silly thing about the end was the Bears didn't just take a knee on the third down play instead of handing it to Forte. They were risking a fumble, as well as the Packers letting them score, by running the ball.

This game was chock full of stupid. Enough stupid to offend stupid people.

    But a fix? C'mon.

The forward laterals on the last play push them up to 18 penalties and the record, per the box score.

Listening to you whine is better than the outcome of the game.

Jay Cutler -- and I say this as a Bears fan -- has the worst fucking mechanics and footwork of any "good" quarterback of my lifetime. The howitzer hanging from his right shoulder is a blessing and a curse. JaMarcus Russell is sitting at home with his purple drank, laughing at Jay Cutler's shitty footwork. The man throws like he's falling backward in the shower on every play.

    Buy hey, Go Bears.

    Ha, agreed.

Although the decision-making in that game (by both teams, but only Lovie/Martz matter to me) was absolutely unfathomable.

The Bears are incredibly lucky to be anything other than 1-2.

He LOVES to throw while backpedaling. Drives me fucking crazy. Martz should rap him on the back of the legs every time he makes a throw in practice without setting his feet.

But enough about Cutler. Soooo glad to see Devin Hester finally make a play in the return game. Two seasons was way too long to wait. Of course, he should have had two TDs. No way the punter should have gotten him on the first return. Now, if he'd just do something about that 'do.

Except, Jay Cutler isn't a good quarterback.

And I'm not whining, I just don't want to hear another fucking thing about (1) Mike McCarthy as some sort of coaching genius who is one step ahead of everyone. He is a meathead and (2) the Bears --- who just needed 18 penalties, three dropped or overturned interceptions, block a field goal and score a touchdown on a punt return and have two turnovers handed to them and a third with the most perfect lucky bounce ever in order to eek out a win by a last-second field goal at home.

Man, McCarthy is usually one of the best coaches in the league. Hey, everybody has a bad game. He's too smart not to get his team going again next week. And the Bears have some serious momentum. Mercury Morris and the boys are getting a little nervous.
