Didn't any of you people watch either game tonight?

Damn, I tried to watch the Chargers-Raiders game but after two minutes of Berman I had to switch back to the Cubs-Astros.

Thought I'd sit down and watch some MNF.

    Wait? Berman's doing the game?

Only watched a quarter and Berman has made it so unbearable that I'm not sure I can watch the second half

Didn't think Berman was bad in the first half. He and Dilfer kept harping on the Raiders' penalties, but otherwise, I had no issues with his call of the game.

Can't help but wonder if Berman is like, say, Rush Limbaugh, in that he somehow got a reputation and now people automatically say "eh, Berman, he stinks" without ever really listening to what he is saying.

Didn't know what the post was about on seeing the photo but I figured it had something to do with Berman.

    Awesome.

No. He's unlistenable. I've had it on since midway through the second quarter and it's now back on mute. Brutal.

You know who cares why people don't watch things? Nobody.

    Uh, no.

For just one example, he missed one of the most obvious fumbles in creation on the Raiders' first drive. The ball popped in the air and hung there forever, like the Christmas Story lugnut scene. But asshead didn't even mention it until they showed the replay.

And while Berman is an epic douchebag, his horrid performance tonight stands on its own.

Riddle me this..... if he's THAT bad, how has he managed to stay at a highly visible network position for more than 30 years?

Agreed - the complaining about Berman and MNF has grown pretty stale.
What did you expect you'd get?

If you know something is so bad going in and you're going to hate it, why partake? Do you guys also punch yourself in the balls whenever youget the chance so you can tell everyone how horrible it feels?
