The re-birth of Kirk Cousins over the past month has been pretty interesting. He seemed pretty content with being mediocre and collecting his money while throwing an assortment of check downs on 3rd and long until Diggs and Thielen actually guilted him into being more of a competitor and doing his part because they see the potential in the team, want to win and they were sold on him being a difference maker. Since they basically threatened to ask out of Minnesota rather than play with him, he's turned up his game considerably and looks much more like a player a team would invest $70-80 million in. He still isn't close to elite, but the last five games he's been a quarterback that a team can win a Super Bowl with.
