I recall the last MNF tie, Giants-Cards 20-20 in 1983. It was one of the notably wretched games in MNF history.

I can't imagine what your guy was like having to endure all of that, especially if he didn't hedge it.

Was that Sherman exchanging jerseys with Wilson at the end? Hell of a moment to fade to black MNF, considering their history.

Thought the same thing. Wilson thought highly of Sherman. The impression from the story, not even a year ago, was that the sentiment was not shared.

Now water under the bridge? Was the beef grilled up and eaten? The cameras surrounding that scene were probably wondering, too.

No I think that was one of the linebackers unless my dyslexia is getting me

EDIT: What I thought was 52 could easily have been 25 on further review.

EDIT OF THE EDIT: It was 25. My dyslexia.

I didn’t find booger or especially Tess as annoying as most people do but damn that whole “the moment was too big for him” wasn’t just harsh, it was unprofessional and worthy of an apology.

Aside from everything else, the game was as good as advertised. Some good defense, good offense, clutch special teams at times on both sides. I think Shanahan made a little error on that 3rd and 10. I would've called a screen or something that could get the 10 yards, but if it didn't would've eaten up over 40 seconds on the clock before punting.

    Otherwise. Good battle.

I imagine @Chef2 had no interest in this game

Dammit if only Niners had WRs who could just catch balls that hit them in the hands. Otherwise game over. Niners D was fantastic; huge props to Wilson, dude is great; he’s already >> Rivers or Eli

If only Seattle defenders could catch balls that hit them in the chest, the game is over.

Especially when the kick to force overtime was bigger, since if he had missed that they lose as opposed to the OT kick where they would have stayed tied.
