The one time the Broncos needed to NOT go three-and-out tonight, they went 95 yards, and Tim Tebow accounted for 92 of them. I'm not saying Tebow's the second coming of Steve Young, but God doesn't like Tebow *that* much. He's gotta be doing some of that work himself too.

"He is what dreams are made of." -- Deion Sanders

When you can be what dreams are made of AND get around the edge on the option, you can find a way.

I just love how stringently people insist Tebow sucks. Listening to some ESPN radio show today, they went on and on, just inventing reasons why he is going to fail. The offensive linemen won't stick up for him because they don't like blocking for the option. Receivers and running backs will get pissed and quit trying because they don't like the plays. Nearly every post-game questions from the NFL Network crew was borderline insulting, telling him straight to his face that he has will, not skill.

It just drives people freaking crazy. I'm not even saying I disagree with the overall sentiment, some of the points, but it's hilarious.

The jury's still out on Tebow, but Sanchez is guilty of suck in the first degree. Ryan is being exposed for being more style than substance as a head coach, but, in hindsight, he deserves a whole lot of credit for getting the Jets to two straight title games with an albatross playing quarterback.

If you watch the games -- not just tonight but all of them -- you'll realize the guy sucks.

It helps that the AFC West is incredibly mediocre (only the NFC West is worse).

    THANK YOU.

Sanchez didn't throw it any better than TEBOW!!!!! today, and the Jets' score was a bullshit one after he overthrew a wide-open tight end in the back of the end zone. Difference is Sanchez has nothing else in his game, plus he's stupid with the ball.

Mile High, seriously, what are you worried about? If he keeps winning, that's a good thing, right? If he doesn't, he'll get pushed aside. What gives?

    No, they're really not.

If Miami can recover an onside kick, the Broncos lose his first start. There was the Detroit abomination. Oakland was a legit win. He threw the ball eight times in beating Kansas City, whose coach couldn't coach his way out of a paper bag. And then he didn't do shit against the Jets until that so-called great defense completely folded in the final five minutes.

There are lots of quarterbacks who could win a lot of games with a defense performing as well as Denver's and against a schedule as pisspoor. 99 pct of them would be called barely competent game managers. Tebow is the 1%.

Yeah. Miserable people with miserable lives, I guess. So much hate for someone working hard.

I'll absolutely give you that the guy sucks when he sits in the pocket and tries to hit a moving target downfield. Or even a stationary target, for that matter.

But the guy has other skills. And, somehow, that translates. Or at least it has been. Fuck if I can explain it, but 4-1 kinda speaks for itself.

Though, admittedly, 6-0 spoke pretty loudly for McDaniels, too.

I certainly never thought an NFL team could go 4-1 playing the same basic offense that my (terrible) high school team played.
