    Every f''n time.

McMahon was out so often, it was sickening.

Bears owe Packers plenty for McMahon, Cutler LY, etc.

Hi, Aaron! Do you like the view of the sky?

We're past the trade deadline (which was Oct. 18), so it wouldn't matter.

In the mean time - RickStain and YGBFKM are probably having a circle jerk after hearing Colin Cowherd this morning declaring the Bears as the best team in the NFL.

He said they are better than Green Bay because they are built to win in the winter weather and Green Bay isn't - he said Chicago's defense and special teams and running games are the best in the league and that's what it takes to win and that the vertical passing game of the Packers goes away in the winter months because of wind.....

Um, Colin, 1975 is calling and wonders when you are coming back to where you belong.....

As of right now, with a healthy Jay Cutler, I think the Bears would have the best chance to upset the Packers in the playoffs.

That doesn't mean I think it will happen.

That's much different than saying they are the best team in the NFL.

And San Francisco runs the ball and plays great defense as well - and they have a better coach than the Bears so they could pull an upset, though I don't think they will.

I also think New England - if they could get there - could upset the Packers just because they are the one team who might actually be able to outscore them - and for that matter throw in the Saints in that category, the difference being the Saints will have to play at Green Bay in shitty weather while the Patriots will get them on a neutral field in perfect weather conditions.

    Right.

With Cutler out (presumably for the rest of the season) the teams in a best position to beat the Packers are the Saints and Pats, because they're the only ones that can match their offensive power.

I think people are a little delusional right about the Bears defense. Because they are typically built on a very stingy defense and rushing game, people assume they are strong in those areas without even thinking about it. The Bears defense is not very good this year. They're giving up 370 pass yards a game and about 21 points. It's not awful but it really isn't anything special, and it doesn't pass the eye test either, really. I don't think it's any better than Green Bay's.

I don't think anyone will beat the Packers but I think SF has the best shot, followed by the Bears. I think Chicago is good, I think Hanie will be able to tread water, but the Bears defense isn't nearly as good as it usually is when they're having a good season.
