Yes, if there is one thing YGBFKM brings to mind when imagining his thoughts about the Bears, it's a celebratory circle jerk to Colin Cowherd.

    Better trolling, please.

As bizarre a love affair as Dan Reeves and Tommy Maddox.

Don't know if this has been mentioned on previous pages, but last night John Clayton was mentioning Marc Bulger as a potential fill-in. If he is in shape -- and wasn't he trying to hook on somewhere this summer? -- that wouldn't be a bad flyer.

Wasn't Colin Cowherd the one who said that Aaron Rodgers sucked until about Super Bowl time last year?

A Chicago Sun-Times blog post with a link to available, potential QBs. The list ain't pretty.

I actually think you could do worse than Brodie Croyle. Then again, "worse" might be Todd Collins.

Croyle can't make plays. It's that simple.

If they cut to his wife in crowd I'm more than OK with Croyle.

And in terms of durability, he makes Cutler look like Brett Favre.

I think the Bears will go with Hanie this week in a tough, but winnable, road game at Oakland.

If he plays well, and that doesn't necessarily mean they have to win, then I think they stick with him. If he shits the bed, I think they then will start trying to bring guys in.

People who are predicting the demise of the Bears are discounting one important factor - their schedule will almost ensure they get to the playoffs.

    They are 7-3.

They play Seattle at home and they play Kansas City - with either Tyler Palko or Ricky Stanzi for God's sakes -- at home. That is nine wins almost guaranteed.

That leaves four games to get to 10-6 - let's assume they lose to Green Bay.

That leaves at Oakland, at Denver, at Minnesota.

If the Bears can't find at least one win in those three games against that horse shit, there is something wrong.

I see them finishing 11-5 to be honest.

Bears were -1 before Cutler went to the morgue.

    Raiders now -3 1/2.
