    He is an average to slightly above average quarterback who had two glorious do-no-wrong stretches of four games.

    On that play, even allowing for the fact that Randle might have needed to turn the other way, he was still headed right while Manning was holding the ball; and the linebacker would have cut in front of him anyway. Manning just didn't see that guy.

    Every time I've seen a game of theirs, it involves the announcers making excuses for how difficult it has been to adapt to the West Coast offense.

    Honestly, not sure the play should have been flagged. McCleod hit Sanders should to shoulder. It looked so bad in real time that I'm sure the ref thought it was a headshot, but replay looks clean.

    And Whisenhunt told Harbaugh it wasn't intentional.

    I'd love to know what Coffman mistakenly believed was happening at that point.

    God, the Minnesota offense doesn't do anything well. Their OL has been a sieve in this one, and their WRs aren't getting open, even when Bridgewater has time.
