I've said it before and I'll say it again: The NFC goes through Seattle*. The Seahawks are just now getting Alexander and Hasselbeck back and they will be primed for a solid late-season run. You'll see. They will not get home-field advantage, but after the Bears lose again in the early rounds (sorry Pallister, though I did vote you post of the year), the Seahawks will have home field with a 12-4 or 11-5 mark.

Note: * denotes I said this on an earlier thread and Good Doctor - an admitted Bears fanboy - saved it for future knowledge so he could make fun of me. Of course, this was before the Bears looked like absolute shit for three weeks against the Cardinals, Jets and Patriots.

And they won two of those three games. How is that worse than the Seahawks needing two field goals to beat the Rams, or losing to the *gasp* 49ers?

Let me get this straight, Columbo: You read 'biatch,' but don't read "Can't kill 'em?" I'm not understanding you here. You're not specific on the point. Coincidence? No, I thought not.

You don't like me. Fine. Don't try to couch that in any high - mindedness. You'll look like more of a fool than your namesake (I got it right, Doc! I got the avatar right! Thank you all!) and his lazy eye.

Write direct: I'm a prick, in your mind. You can do it, you can do it. Cut the shit. Many of the people here are cool. Some are dicks. I can be a dickhead of the highest order if you get on my bad side or take bullshit cheap shots at me. Now you know.

Don't try any 'get over on me' crap, you'll be fine. Cross the line and I'll respond. I'd expect the same from anyone else. You think you get a free pass from me, you're out of your mind. That's it. I'm not a complicated person.

But you knew that already, Columbo. You're just trying to pile on, like any other sheep in the herd would. I'd expect nothing more.

You'll have your chance in June. But I know better than to fuck with a former catcher.

Now see, that's a post I can get behind! That's another thing about me - I can't hold a grudge for more than a second. I'm arguing with Doc, then he posts this, and I'm laughing again.

I'm from the old school: You get in a fight, you buy the guy a drink afterwards. No hard feelings.

BYH, I have to constantly modify my posts to get the indent back in the first line. It sucks.

Just for the record, I don't do Word - to - here stuff. Good idea, though.

Hey, BYH can tell you how I am. He was all over me the other day in an Eagles post, then I turned around and told him one of his posts had me cracking up. Like I said, no grudges. No long memories.

I'm just amped up, BYH. But you're right, you're right. Gotta turn the testosterone down a little.

    :-[

Yes, world, I can be a MAJOR LEAGUE DICK when I set my mind to it.

That's another thing about me - I'm more than willing to make fun of myself, and point out my own flaws. I have more than most.

Come on Doc, the 49ers are really, really good.
Yes, the Seahawks need their defense to get better, but the Bears defense was supposed to be really good last year and then they got dominated by the Panthers.
Also, it is funny how NFC fans - and Bears fans - act like the Seahawks of the last five weeks are going to be the same Seahawks come the rest of the regular season and the playoffs. It's OK, I'll just sit back and watch as the Seahawks - as long as they are healthy - dismantle the rest of the NFC.

Agreed. And I love the latent hostility toward Hondo. Your powers of evil (while rarely used against anyone but Methuselah spnited) are formidable, BYH.

Uhh, how is it that everyone except Cowboy fanboys and fangirls are forgetting the hottest team in the NFC?
