I thought this would show bigger, but I guess not.

Anyway, it says 2008 Preseason Champions (4-0). Winning when it counts?

If Dante were to write The Inferno circa 2008, one of the cricles of Hell would have to be the Jonas Brothers played on a loop.

That was music? If so, that was as bad as the Lions.

And yeah ... the '85 Bears would run over all these guys. Then again, I don't know a better one-year defense than the "46" and having Walter Payton in one's backfield is a nice start.

Seahawks have a bit of life, though they really need a touchdown and not another field goal.

    I'll bet you $20 they don't win.

I'll bet you $20 they don't pull within a touchdown.

    pallister, we are in harmony.

If I've heard worse music than that Jonas Brothers performance, I have no recollection of it. That was a torture that only John Tesh has the right to inflict.

He'd also be a better quarterback than the Dante playing for the Lions.

And a solid, solid performance tonight by the Eagles. They actually looked like the team from the first four or five weeks of the season that was a Super Bowl contender, rather than the one that stunk up the joint against the AFC North the last two games.

Too bad they have zero chance to make the playoffs.

Also, re: tonight's game: The Cardinals are frauds. They can't run, they can't play defense and their special teams are mediocre. They and the winner of the NFC North will be bounced from the playoffs by whichever two teams earn wild cards.

People were talking about the Fraudinals possibly being a No. 2 seed and a real contender, and they spread their legs like that tonight. That's the state of the league.

The perfect matchup for the Cardinals would be the Bears, because they can't rush the passer or cover anyone. Unfortunately, if the Bears make it, they'll be getting beat at home by a more complete wild card team the same weekend as the Cardinals. And as great as it is to see Warner resurrect his career, I hope we can stop with the MVP talk now.
