Boy, he was not giving that point up, was he?

Were the balls water logged? They looked heavy to me. Don't they have more than three footballs for a game?

    Tiki? gone
    Strahan? gone
    Shockey? gone
    Burress? shot?

Coughlin? 15-1 over his last 16 games, including 3 road playoff games and a Super Bowl.

Think SI would like to rethink their poll of players? Who'd you rather play for? Herm Edwards? or Tom Coughlin?

The touchdown drive to tie the game was 63 yards. The field goal drive early in the third quarter was 13 plays for 79 yards. After the terrible interception on the opening possession, Roethlisberger was solid. He threw two touchdown passes and Nate Washington dropped a third.

The drops by Moss really hurt the Patriots, but Cassel was not impressive. He finished with 19 completions in 39 attempts for only 169 yards with no touchdowns, two interceptions and two fumbles on sacks. That is with much better success running the ball than any opponent has had against the Steelers this season.

The Steelers' defense was shaky in the first half, dominant in the second.

My bad. I misread your post. I know you've been frustrated with Pittsburgh's offense of late, with good reason.

I was amused by the exchange in the first half between Gumbel and Dierdorf.

Gumbel brings up Roethlisberger not wearing a glove on his throwing hand. Dierdorf launches into this bit about Ben being old school and wanting a better feel for the ball. Which totally ignored the fact Roethlisberger used to wear a glove on his throwing hand, even in dome games.

This Sunday Night Football introduction is the stupidest fucking thing that has ever been on television.

Gotta say... Singletary is making a difference.

Jets will have to play a hell of a game next week to not be 8-5.

Also, doesn't he still have some kind of protection under the left glove to protect an injured finger?

Well, so much for all you J-E-T-S JETS fans who were getting so full of yourselves after the Titans conquest.

Is it me, or does Brad Childress look like BTK?
