And the NFL nightmare of a 7-9 division champion will still be in play, while a 8-8 hosting a playoff game would be a probability.

Now, the Cards should last for at least one week . . . after that . . . eh.

Let's not tell TSP I was actually AT the game. And not at all ashamed to admit it.

I thought the all-red uniforms were awesome. But then again, we know I'm a little biased.

When is that expected to come down the pike? The verdict on Deuce McAllister, too, right?

I also heard John Clayton this morning on ESPN Radio say that a ruling was expected today, but not a sure thing.

    Per Yahoo:

"You are who you are," tight end Antonio Gates said. "You are what your record says you are. We're 4-8. No matter what kind of talent we have, no matter how many Pro Bowls we have, we're 4-8."

  8. I'm still waiting on the NFL to fine Ryan Clark for his cheap shot of Wes Walker Sunday.

The ball was tipped and he hit him with his shoulder.

Maybe Cassel should be fined for throwing that pass.

The ball was also on the ground at the time he left his feet. Even Dierdorf commented on it being a late hit.

That shot on Wes Welker was absolutely brutal.

Is it time for a new thread yet? I got a good idea for a title. ;D

Least surprising post of the year.

The Steelers are pure as driven snow!

Even when the Steelers do something good and noble, the unabashed fanbois here make it difficult to root for them.
