"I made poor decisions, I made poor throws, I don't make any excuses, I just hope I can start throwing it to our guys," Peyton Manning in his postgame, who also made it clear the one pick six was his fault, not the rookies. -- (in other words he gave a big FUCK YOU to BYH)

I think you're getting confused. I'm the pessimistic Steelers fanboy around here.

The Steelers will do what they always fucking do -- look like shit for a few quarters, stay close enough in the game to make a big play to turn the tide then win in the end and force me to listen to a bunch of fanboys around here rattle on and on about the Super Bowl for a week....... ::)

The Lions griping again about a call vs. the Bears.

    Get over it.

They were never going to stop the Bears on that drive. Never ever.

Going off total points is silly. Losses are losses. And again, two of the losses you're naming were to teams that will make the playoffs. Another one was to Tennessee, and Jax will avenge that loss next week for sure. Titans are in full mail-in mode.

Ravens have not been to the Super Bowl in a decade. They can taste it this year, and Lewis will have them ready. Plus, Roethlisberger is hobbled. I'm hoping Oher is not playing or hurting.

Nothing you just showed me tells me the Jaguars are "far worse" than the Rams. That's just hyperbole from someone pointlessly trying to twist the knife into someone else because you can't stop yourself. And the Jags have been playing a lot better of late. In their past five they're 4-1 and could be 5-0 if they didn't blow a lead against the Giants. And in those five games, Jones-Drew has had at least 100 yards in each game including an impressive YPC average (I'm too lazy to tally it up). That tells me that the Jags are getting stronger as they go, possibly, into the playoffs.

Roethlisberger's face just got a little bit uglier.

And Roethlisberger gets his nose broken on a blow to the head. No flag.

    Have fun Godell.

I've always compared him to a Bond villain. I keep expecting the roof of the Georgia Dome to slide open and a death ray to pop out.

You can be sure that would have drawn a flag had the defender been James Harrison.

This league is a frickin' joke.

And Harrison was a monster on the next three plays.

Seriously, a qb getting his nose broken is as NFL as Billy Kilmer. Just don't flag the Steelers if they do it.
