He's actually played pretty well in the second half. Emmanuel Sanders' terrible fumble when he had 50 yards of open space in front of him was a much bigger problem than Batch's play.

With a healthy Roethlisberger, this team is as good as any of their past two Super Bowl winners.

Tomlin really can groom WRs and DBs. They have a ton of young talent at those position. I just don't want to see them travel to Denver for a game in the postseason.

Man, Steelers have a nice end to the season: San Diego, @ Dallas, Cincinnati and Cleveland. It'd be stunning if they didn't go 3-1 to finish off (with a healthy Big Ben).

    (Add: AT LEAST 3-1).

They'll lose at Dallas and Cincy is no pushover. 2-2

It looks like that Bengals game is going to be a must-win for a playoff spot. You're crazy to pick the Bengals over the Steelers in a must-win game.

I don't trust the Steelers to put up a consistent effort for four consecutive weeks. They have three really shitty losses and nearly had a fourth against the Chiefs (a game that was tied, 10-10, when Roethlisberger got hurt. That said, I certainly wouldn't assume that game in Dallas is going to be a loss.

I thought it was the Carson Palmer rule, put in after Palmer blew out his knee on a low hit by Kim Von Oelhoffen in the 2005 playoffs.

It's Dallas in December. Steelers win that one if Ben's back -- and maybe even if he isn't.
