NFL Week 13: Time to wallow in the Mirer

Discussion in 'Sports and News' started by YGBFKM, Nov 26, 2012.

  1. Yea. Because when your first and second string qb go down, the options are unlimited. And every third string qb in the league is a fantastic option.

I never want to see Batch never take another snap for the Steelers, but seeing his reaction after that field goal went through was pretty cool.

To be fair, Batch was terrible last week and not much better until those last two drives today. The interception he threw was a terrible decision and the missed throw to Wallace right before halftime was one most high school kids would hit consistently.

One big question for me is the health of Ike Taylor, who has been fantastic of late. Cortez Allen made some nice plays today, but he also took a big pass interference penalty, got beat for a touchdown pass and got caught too far inside on Rice's touchdown run. The defense was still good, but they missed Taylor today.

The Ravens have to be disappointed in Flacco. Facing the Steelers as they lose their top corner on the first series of the game, he has to do better than that.

On this we agree. I saw a story during the week talking about this likely being the final start of his career. That's what I was thinking of watching him there.

Tonight could easily be the Cowboys' last win of the season -- assuming they don't blow it against the quitting Eagles.

If you have a futures wager on the Ravens, you need not worry about cashing that ticket. Losing to Charlie Batch at home is simply awful and, frankly, inexcusable.

Not a good day for the Harbaugh brothers.

First time they've gone 0 for 2 since the conference title games last year, right?

Comeback player will be an interesting award. Between he and Manning I don't know who deserves it more. I'm partial to the RB.

Google didn't help, but I'd be curious to know the Cowboys record over the last two seasons with & without Murray.

That is because even The Google doesn't care about the Cowgirls anymore.

7-5 when getting 10 or more carries a game.
