    Thank you, Cowboys.

It should be a fun handshake in Seattle.

Does anyone know the most wins by a team with a negative point differential? Giants last year were minus-6 at 9-7. Colts so far at 9-4 with a minus-37 differential.

Not sure if it's the most, but the 89 Steelers were 9-7 with a 265/326 split. They actually won a playoff game and almost beat Denver in Denver a week later.

According to this, the record is 10.

Five teams have done it: 78 Oilers, 85 Skins, 86 Jets, 93 Raiders, 95 Eagles. Jets were worst at minus-22.

92 Colts had biggest negative differential for winning team: minus-86 with a 9-7 record.

The Cardinals have eight turnovers and eight first downs.

Is scoring up in the NFL this year? Seems like there's been a larger than normal number of 50 point games.

Giants have been around forever, and it's in a cold December rain in the Meadowlands when some kid by the name of David Wilson breaks the franchise record with 327 all-purpose yards.

And the Saints are awful again. Just not as awful as Arizona. 58-0?

He's a first round pick, so it's not like he's Shane Spencer or Jeremy Lin.

First-round pick means nothing. He's just some kid who easily could have folded it mentally after fumbling in the first game but kept it together to earn the trust of the coach to get to play again this late in the season.

What's great is that it just sort of happened out of nowhere.

The score of the Arizona game makes the game appear more competitive than it really was.

There is less parity and the bad teams are really, really, really bad.

The Colts may find their way into the playoffs, which would be a nice accomplishment. But no one should be fooled into thinking they are a good team or a contender. They have pulled more games out of the proverbial ass than some teams do in a decade. Yes, there's something to be said for that. But when they fall, I figure they're going to fall hard.

The danger in this is that management just looks at the W-L record and thinks it has "arrived" when, in reality, the rebuilding project is only getting started. It's going to take a few more solid drafts, trades, free agent signings to get the job done. Ditto for the Redskins, Vikings, Seahawks, Buccaneers, etc.
