Steelers could end up starting a cornerback they signed off the street in Dallas Sunday. Ike Taylor is out again and Cortez Allen, who started in his place last week, is doubtful.

  2. No wonder Dez Bryant wants to play so badly. Heck, he has nine good fingers.

Just want to say good luck to the Pittsburgh fans on here. I'm hoping that most of the luck resides on the Cowboys' side tomorrow but I'm trying to be cordial about a very important game for both sides.

So good luck ... but I hope you lose! :D

Cousins to start for Redskins. RG3 must be a wimp.

This isn't the old Steelers, who can rely on the pass rush to cover up the weaknesses on the secondary, either. This team relies heavily on coverage and when everybody is healthy, they do it a hell of a lot better than most people give them credit for. But facing this offense without two corners, it could get very ugly.

On the plus side, the Steelers could lose this week and still get in the playoffs if they beat the Bengals and Browns in the final two games.

Really odd week on that. It seemed like he was ready to go, then at the last minute he's out.

Then maybe he'll land in bounds this time.

If he had the first time, no one would be talking about how "resilient" the Giants are right now.

He's talking as if it weren't his decision -- and it almost certainly wasn't. A rare show of sanity by Redskin upper management.

And the Skins-Browns line is moving accordingly. Browns -2.

    Ugh.

    Is RGIII active or inactive?

I guess CBS doesn't think its own studio guys are dumb enough. They read tweets to them over the air and ask for comment. Today's was whether Jim Harbaugh's job is in jeopardy for starting Kaepernick.

On the bright side, it only took 10 seconds to remind myself why I should never watch that show.
