I doubt that day is this week.

Last year's Ravens matched up well with the Patriots. This year's group? Not so much. I don't think that defense would even slow Brady down in a playoff game.

If the Packers beat the Bears and the Skins beat the Browns, the Skins control their own playoff destiny.

    SEEMS EASY ENOUGH!!!!

    /won't happen

The Browns lost a bunch of close games early. They never were that awful.

On the flip side, they beat a horrible Chiefs team and a Raiders team that has fallen apart. The one impressive win on paper is the Steelers, but Pittsburgh is overrated and that even with Batch playing terrible in his first start in a long time, they still needed eight turnovers to just barely hang on. It's a team Washington should beat.

  5. If you are doing it that way, you are doing it wrong.

I'm really concerned about Brady. That guy looked fantastic last night. He was not just throwing dump downs and check downs, they were beautiful downfield strikes. They dominated even though Welker dropped more balls than I saw all of last year (is he getting old?). I think the Niner LBs can keep up with Hernandez so long as they can keep the run game in check. Watt got some good pressure on Brady, I think the Smiths can do the same. Big key is making the Pats one-dimensional and not giving Brady all day on a play action.

I'll say it right now, Kaepernick > Schaub.

If the suspensions have been overturned, aren't the players able to grieve/arbitrate to get their lost paychecks back?

You're insane. I'm not entirely sure anymore that, right now, Kaepernick > Smith.

The guy played like crap for 3.8 quarters and then made one run.

Smith might well be better suited for a game against the Pats. Avoiding turnovers is the prime directive, 'cause Brady won't give you any.

    They should be able to.
