Browns keep kicking this rusty old tin can down the road.

I've never read - exactly who is responsible for signing him? What specific men in the Browns organization wanted him, at that contract?

    Have we ever heard?

Success has many fathers. Failure is an orphan.

Wasn't Haslam behind it? Or am I just assuming Occam's Razor (dumb fuck owner is the shortest cut to disaster) here?

Nothing says the Browns have to keep him after the restructure. They can re-do the deal and then designate him as a June cut to spread out the hit over 2 seasons.

I want to hear it was Paul De Podesta.

Gosh, I wonder which way that swing state Dad voted in November.

Those two were far from alone in bashing Watson's victims.

I wonder if the opponent will affect the slot the Texans get. That could be the Steelers, Colts, or Broncos. (Technically, it could be the Ravens, but I can't see Baltimore losing to Cleveland again.)

Or put the Texans on the Amazon game.

Thank Christ for the black bar shielding us from profanity.

Also Ohio has not been a swing state for a minute now.
