Our publisher is planning to get rid of AP in a few months, and this is one of the options she's mentioned.
Looking over their site, the content is better than you'd expect. Hard to tell how much original reporting they do, though, which is what's given me pause about it.

Dammit, from his teammate on some freak accident too!

Tell me about it. They lost Cole Holcomb to a friendly fire freak accident like that, too. I'm relieved that he didn't tear his ACL and it likely isn't something that would affect him next season, but it sucks to have to go into the playoffs without him. The Steelers have excellent depth at outside linebacker with Markus Golden and Nick Herbig, but nobody can do what Watt does. If they get into the playoffs, I have a very hard time seeing them win one game. I certainly don't like their chances going back to Baltimore without Watt, which I believe is what would happen if they won next week.

Damn I did not know Jeff Driskel was still in the league.

I give the NFL credit with how adjustable they have been with their TV packages, basically shunning the "AFC" and "NFC" package when it's beneficial to the viewers. Here in the Tampa Bay market the Bucs-Panthers is on FOX and the Saints-Falcons is on CBS. I would assume its the same in the Atlanta and New Orleans markets, allowing fans to keep track of everything.

Under what circumstances WOULD you like their chances, debbie downer?

    Let’s go, Titans!

The Browns should just take a knee on every offensive play.

Mike Vrabel and Ryan Tannehill were made to win a meaningless Week 18 game.

Baker Mayfield has got a rib thing and it looks like a leg thing. The Bucs basically have nothing behind him at QB.

My brain can’t process Jeff Driskel lollipops after five weeks of Flacco lasers.

My buddy texting about how awful the Browns bench is and they have no pride.

I said, they have pride but no skill. Of course they will suck when they're all in at the same time.

Cavs are the one showing no pride at the moment.

My favorite thing is Joe Mixon preening after every run against guys who shop at Costco.
