Jon Shitna has thrown two TD passes to each team.

Olsen did help, Pall. But the Panthers did plenty to take this game, too.

The offensive line stopped doing stupid crap in the second half, the holding call on Jeff Otah that negated the Moose touchdown notwithstanding. They started blocking and Jonathan Stewart wouldn't go down. Jake started throwing more slants and keeping the defensive line a little more honest. (Moose isn't finished, either)

One thing I will agree with - and I hope you don't take this as personal, Pall (or DC). The quick-out on third down wasn't smart at all because Chris Gamble loves jumping those. And trying McKie up the middle is a terrible example of trying to outsmart yourself. Big kudos to Maake Kemoeatu for caving in Olin Kreutz, but that call was awful. (Then again, Panthers tried two draws on third-and-long in the second half that the Bears crushed.)

Could not be happier. Two quality wins, 2-0 and the Panthers seem happy to want Ritalin Child back. After the actual wins, the two most important things are Jake's confidence clearly being back and Ritalin Child being aware that, while it's nice to have him on board, it can be done without him.

Didn't the Packers and Lions play a game like this a few years ago? Where it was 17-10, 17-17, something like that, and each one scored about three TDs in the fourth quarter?

Because Jon Kitna did his usual fourth quarter. Score gets tight, he throws an interception.

    It never fails. Like clockwork.

Someone might want to tell the Jets that they tackle, and not touch, at this level.

It's going to be a long season without Tom Brady.
