Gotta say ... I fucking despise Shanahan, but I'm all for any coach who goes for the WIN instead of the usual crap decisions we see on most NFL sidelines. Good for him.

And the Chargers got really, really fucked.

He's the SOB who brought the "Timeout just as the FG is being kicked" shenanigans (Shanahangans?) to the league. A real bastard.

That said, I don't mind seeing Rivers and his mouth on the verge of 0-2.

 

Let me tell you a little something about my state of mind right now: The difference between me being up $675 and $3 is Seattle's mindblowing ability to shit the bed after holding a 14-0 lead and then letting the 49ers beat them in overtime.

I just don't get it.

Didn't see the entire SD-Den. game and so I don't know what Enberg is talking about when he said that was the second atrocious call by a review, but Shanahan . . . wow. I guess if you're willing to take the criticism if it fails, by all means take your bows on a gutsy call.
