20-25 for Trent Edwards today. Of the five incompletions, he threw one out of the back of the end zone when everyone was covered, the JAX safety ran Roscoe Parrish off his route on another, and the other three were all off the receivers' hands. (To be fair, the one to Robert Royal was a poor throw, high and behind him.)

Been nice knowing you, Jonathan Paul Losman, and good luck with whichever team you sign with next season.

As for the wind, I'm due east of Cleveland, and we're under a high wind warning through 4 a.m. Lights have already flickered a couple of times.

The Cleveland fans deserve much better than Romeo.

Yeah, I can't believe I'm eyeing him as a viable fantasy replacement (hi, spnited!) to Palmer and Hasselbeck. If not for favorable matchups (Seahawks vs. the Rams next week, Bengals vs. Browns in week 4) I'd pull the trigger right now.

Yeah, that's the only high school in Phoenix.

    What the fuck was that?

Since when is Jim Brown hobbling around on a cane?

Me too, but I just don't think it's going to happen. But that interception at the half sure made me feel better.

So much for the Browns being ready for primetime.

    What a lousy game.

Me too. I would love to be a little more comfortable watching this.

Maybe the Chiefs could trade for Quinn. Oh, how I pray it happens...
Three injuries on his last seven snaps played. You tell me. :D

Unless he's the next coach of the Raiders.

  11. Maybe you should get a new couch.

Buffalo's next three games: home with the Raiders, at the Rams, at the Cardinals. Good Lord, could this team be 5-0 at the bye? And after 10 years as a season ticket holder, can I finally start dreaming about ordering ... *gasp* ... playoff ducats?

We'll see. They started 2-0 in '03, too, and that did not end well.

Elsewhere: C'mon, Brownies, at least kick a field goal to break the shutout. (Hi, spnited!)

And A_QB, Cowher isn't THAT nuts, is he?
