Steelers fans can be and often are gigantic pains in the ass, myself included, but in general we are not nearly the front-runners that Cowboys fans are. I've seen the reactions during down times for both teams. It's not close.

I was at a bar last night trying to have my mead in peace and it was loaded with know-nothing Cowboys fans in Romo jerseys. They weren't even watching the game, which was on five or six TVs.

Obviously he was joking.... he didn't play with Mike Quick or Fred Barnett either.

They had one of the greatest defensive lines ever in a Super Bowl.

    Not too overrated.

BTW... someone tell the Chargers to slurp a massive, Beerfest Boot of STFU.

Even after the Hochuli call, there was NO excuse for them to lose that game.

    Look at yourself, Norv.

Witness Texas Stadium being taken over by Steelers fans as Exhibit A.

And Tommy, sorry for the comment about Romo. With an uncle who has a suite in TS, I hear about the glory of Dallas too much. It has made me loathe Dallas. Though sitting in a suite when Dallas loses is quite fun.

    Cowboys-Steelers will be fun.

Not that there's anything wrong with that.

If the Steelers make the Super Bowl, there is no other team I would rather see coming out of the NFC than the Cowboys.

Especially one as pretty as this year's version of the Cowboys.

You two are more optimistic than I am.

I don't trust the Steelers' secondary. I'm afraid Philly will light them up this Sunday.

And, deep down, I'm worried the same will happen against the Cowboys (which will cause me to go on a murderous rampage at my family Christmas party).

It feels so much better beating a Dallas than a Seattle.

Plus, the hype of another Pittsburgh/Dallas Super Bowl would be amazing.

On a national basis, these are the two most popular teams in the NFL. There are strong fan bases of each team in every city from Key West to Wasilla.
