McCaffrey had 160 total yards and a touchdown in the Super Bowl, helping the 49ers get to overtime and take a lead when they got there. He also led the league in rushing and was AP Offensive Player of the Year. I think perhaps they got some value out of him.

Mason had one big game. Timmy Smith had a big game once, too.

 

I absolutely love the NFL when my team won on Thursday night. It's a no-stress Sunday.

 

I think Jayden Daniels is going to be awfully fun to watch, growing pains and all.*

* -- If he doesn't wind up in a body cast.

He’s a great running back. He’s also injury prone and plays the easiest s replaceable position in the game.
