Didn't the Redskins normally wear white at home anyway? For some reason, we always got the Cardinals and Cowboys games televised every year, and I remember the Cardinals wearing white at home for only that game every year.

Then in maybe 1984-ish, for the first time in forever, the Cardinals wore their reds at home against Dallas, and the announcers went on a big tangent about how the Cardinals were wearing their normal home reds because the coaching staff thought they were good enough to not need a gimmick like uniform colors.

Saw this one on a 70s football Facebook group a while back and thought it was a bit of a unicorn. From 1974.

Shoot, didn't the Cowboys CHANGE their solid blue unis, because even THEY thought they were bad luck? They went to a deeper blue after 1980.

Twice the Cowboys have had to go to Charlotte for playoff matchups. Twice, the Panthers wore white and made Dallas drag out the blue jerseys.

    Panthers won both of them.

Of course, that was an owner and hundreds of franchise clues ago. I will now slink away and go cry in my carbonated beverage.

    That is ridiculous.

Here's hoping the ghost of RGIII is long gone...(the excitement level has to be similar right?)

I count 29 scoring drives and 31 passes not completed (100-for-131 with 2 INT.)

I know there have been many questions surrounding the Patriots this season, but I was not expecting one of them to be "Is Djibril Peppers gonna have to choke (someone)?"

I made the mistake of parroting something I saw on TV. If I find some updated stats through five games, I will post.

Edit: Mile High beat me to it. Seems a bit early for that.

Would love to see the Steelers move on from Austin and hire Salah as their DC, but it won't happen.
