    Looks like his lower left leg whipped around and hit a teammate square in the shin and snapped it. Not a turf thing, just a 1-in-10,000 fluke.

    This is why the Lions coach is so infuriating. You don't need a big man touchdown pass.

    Just run the fucking ball in from 2 yards to go up 41 to 9.

    Counterpoint: You're already up 34-9 against a broken team, it's first and goal, and you have a chance to both run it up and stick it to the Cowboys with the same play you got screwed over on last season.
    That's exactly the time to get cute and go for a big man touchdown pass.
    I mean, you don't need ice cream either but it sure tastes delicious when you get it, right?

    ETA: Although I will admit that running hook and lateral plays with your All-Pro tackle might be showboating just a bit.

    Yeah they looked sluggish early and Fields missed throws, but down 7-3 in the first isn’t a sign the sky is falling and the defensive front looks legit
