They need a receiver and seem to think they have the defense and running game to contend for a championship this year. I think the asking price is too high. The Rams supposedly want a second-round pick. Kupp is a hell of a player, but he can't stay healthy, and his contract isn't cheap.

    Does Morant have an alibi?

I'm changing my answer and wondering if the Rams might hold on to Kupp if they hold on for the win tonight.

Rams aren’t dumping anyone after tonight. That division is wide open.

Yup. If they had fallen to 2-5, there is a good chance Kupp would have been gone, but I doubt that happens at 3-4 coming off a victory over the Vikings.

The Rams did get a little help at the end. They got away with a blatant facemask on the game-clinching sack for a safety.

Eric Crouch just flinched and has absolutely no idea why.

    Enough about the frigging facemask.
Call it, and Darnold would have to go 80 yards for a td with 1:36 left and no time outs. And was getting pressured the entire fourth q. And hit a two point conversion. Just for the tie.

Kyren williams got facemasked the drive before with a no-call. The Vikings win % at the start of the drive was 0.1%, per espn. Shut the F up about the facemask.

    You seem upset. Why?

Maybe you heard a lot about the facemask somewhere, but it was in two posts here, so I'm not sure why you are acting as if we had a five-page discussion of the play.

Are you disputing that the officials blew a call on the game-clinching play? It is a valid part of the discussion of the game. Don't you think an NFL team with a good quarterback and an elite receiver can go 80 yards in 1:36? Sure, they probably lose anyway, but probably isn't definitely.

But Uncle Al said that wasn't reviewable.

I thought all scoring plays were reviewable?

And sure, maybe Darold doesn't take them 80 for a TD and 2-point conversion. But he should have gotten the chance, no?
