It was a fake spike, not a fake kneel. And I don't even think the play caught anyone off-guard. Moss was tightly covered, got away with a little push-off and went over the CB to catch the ball.

This broadcast is making me hate Favre, and he hasn't done anything to make me feel that way.

He's good. He's a hall of famer. He doesn't play for my favourite team. I'm glad I saw him play at Lambeau (and I'll see him again this year). But this fawning is making me puke and resent Favre.

 

Okay, good cause: Breast Cancer. But this has officially turned into a Favre-a-thon.

 

Unless you're saying someone may take a shot at Brady, I don't see what this bulletin board material would do. I'm going to assume most teams NE has played have been motivated; hasn't helped much to this point.

Plus, it's not like that'd give an opponent an advantage over a team that is playing with the biggest F-U attitude to the rest of the league every week that I've ever seen.

If NE is to be stopped, it'll be because a team will step up and make some plays on defense, force some turnovers, and outscore them.

That's a logical argument that I'm in complete agreement with. But that's about limiting injuries, not about having class or sportsmanship.

 

Yes. God forbid a team or coach be thought of as classy or sportsmanlike.
