Weren't you the one bitching about logical leaps? The general point on offense is to try to score however you can. If NE is only running, they aren't "trying" to do their best to score. I'm wondering at what point that should happen.

Not the point and you are intelligent enough to know it.

Yes. The point is Coach Hoodie is intentionally running up the score as a major "Fuck You" to the entire NFL because he was caught cheating. And he's doing so with the full knowledge that eventually someone will get pissed off enough to kneecap one of his top players. It's not an intelligent course to take when you're trying to win a championship.

It's also classless, but that's neither here nor there, I suppose.

Up 38-0, New England passed six times and ran three.

    That's bush league.

ESPN should be thoroughly embarrassed tonight.

I don't know, Zeke, I would tend to look at it this way:
Up, 38-0, New England continued to play its game, which is perfectly fine since there was still time on the clock.

Kornheiser can't have Favre's nuts in his mouth. Peter King has the exclusive rights to Brett Favre's teabag.

Doc, I pretty much agree with all of that. Thanks for supporting my previous post about you.

I agree. I remember in 1991 when the Redskins defeated the Lions 45-0 and could've scored again from like the 1, but instead chose to down the ball three times or something.

Chris Spielman said he was pissed and it was more embarassing than had Washington scored again.

Yeah, now I remember why I don't like the Redskins. Fuck Washington. They embarassed the best Lions team of my lifetime.

Come on. The Lions are 5-2 and you're alive. That's not too bad.

My favorite part about the Deanna Favre thing ...

I don't think Jaws said a single word.

One guy who apparently feels that MNF should be about F.

And what's with Kornheiser leaving early for PTI. He's been gone for like 15 minutes. How long does it take to get ready for two minutes of TV. Does he have to fly back to Washington or something?
