Don't be mad cuz they've only got 70 yards of offense.

At least I can count on you to be every bit as useless as the Pittsburgh offense today.

Likewise, you're as useful as Pittsburgh's special teams lol.

I post about football on the football thread. You engage in lame personal attacks.

Perfect microcosm of the Pittsburgh offense on that last series to set up the blocked punt return for the game-clinching touchdown.

Roethlisberger has a dump off to Bell, but Roethlisberger can't get it around a defender at the line. They finally seem to get a first down on a throw to James, but Brown was called for illegal formation. They get a short pass to set up a manageable third down, but Roethlisberger misses an open Brown.

The blocked punt was a disgrace, too. Davis just avoided blocking his man. I have no idea what the hell he was thinking on that one. I do not know why so many people thought this was a good team, but they are showing no signs of it today.

Not even Wenalway talks to nobody this much.

    Go Steelers!

What's up with Bell? How come he's been so ineffective? I'm not watching the game, but I just saw he had 11 rushes for 15 yards.

Manning hits Beckham on a slant with the defender draped on him (no PI, but never mind that). They go to the ground and, after they hit the ground, the defender pulls the ball loose and they rule it an interception. Going to replay now, but Buck and Aikman seem to think the call will stand. Looks absurd on its face to call it an interception.

I hate the NFL's handling of catch/no catch.

He has nowhere to go. The Ravens have won up front all day and they tackle well. They are trying to force the Steelers to beat them with anybody but Bell and Brown and Pittsburgh has had no response.

Part of the problem is the injury to Pouncey, which disrupts much of what they do up front. He returned for a little while, but he is out of the game with a right thumb injury. That is a huge drop from Pouncey to Finney, who is really a guard. Cody Wallace filled in just fine last year, but he is also injured.

If the 8 teams playing the 4:00 games only 1 has a winning record

I know the Ravens backed off a bit with the 21-point lead, but this is a hell of a difference. Roethlisberger is still missing throws, but they look much sharper in the fourth quarter. It will probably be too little, too late, but perhaps they can carry some of this into next week's home game against Dallas.

Roethlisberger should have had a second touchdown, but Coates failed to pull in a ball at the back of the end zone. The lack of consistency at receiver is a real problem for this team.

OMG, Boswell all but whiffed on an onside try. It was hilarious. Ball rolled over once.
