If Romo didn't just say Herbert and Nix are second-tier QBs, it was damn close.

Yeah, I know. But at this point the object should be to get the game over as quickly as possible and don't get Allen hurt, which happened on that stupid pass play.

Like this year or forever? Obviously they are not on the same level as the other AFC QBs now but will they never be? I mean Nix is a rookie and he did a lot of good things.

Kinda my take on it. Romo sounded pretty definitive, though.

The Broncos have at least four drops that would have been first downs and obviously didn't score on any of those possessions. They weren't winning this game but that's obviously giving them no chances.

Rule of cool. Let him have his pick. Hamlin getting mobbed by the fans was an incredible moment.

If this year, it is obvious. But to cement at least Nix there as a rookie when he made the playoffs, just not sure. None of these other guys made a run when they were rookies.

If he doesn't get greedy or stupid, Trubisky has a job in Buffalo as long as he wants. He's the perfect backup QB and he can earn another $10 million and five years on his pension and not get the crap beat out of him.

PS: Plus he's Polish. He should be the parade marshal on Dingus Day.

Who let the Broncos into the playoffs?

The Bengals with all those games that they pissed away.

Or the Steelers or the Chargers? Every game has been a carbon copy so far. Other than the Texans scoring some really fun times yesterday.

There is obviously a huge talent gap between the top of the AFC and the rest as well.
