Despite the close finish, that was an ugly game. Agree that those timeouts on offense were wasted. A whole lot of yuck.

 

Pretty poorly officiated too.

Apparently the NFL has decided the 40-second play clock actually means 41, 42 or 43 seconds. Nevermind the times Miami got penalized for DOG, there were at least three other times they should have been flagged. And the whistles/flags stopping other plays supposedly blown dead by DOG or TOs came way to late more than several times.

McDermott is a terrible game coach. His last 4th-down TO on defense cost the Bills 60 yards.

I also think the Bills missed mightily on Isaiah Hodgins. He's 3x the player Cole Beasley is.

 

I have no clue who the Fox announcers are doing the Vikings game (don't yell at me, I watch Red Zone). But they are incredibly competent. Really good in an inauspicious way.
