Here's what I don't get.

According to the Fan 1260 out of Edmonton, the Oilers just signed Dustin Penner to a monster RFA deal – 5 years $21.5 mil. An average of $4.3 mil per season, plus if Brian Burke doesn't match, the Oil have to give up a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd round pick.
