I'm reading Jay-Z's book. Heard him talking about it a while ago on NPR and downloaded it.

    He's very articulate.

Wait! I didn't say that. I didn't mean to call him articulate.

Can't blame him if he doesn't have Immortal Technique.

That's provocative, but it gets the people going I guess...

    I love you.

Also, Reasonable Doubt is PROBABLY my favorite Jay CD. I've started shifting on that ranking, so don't know if it will remain as such, but right now it is.

I love it also. It's hard for me to pick a favorite Jay CD. I celebrate his entire catalog.

Jay-Z solo studio album rankings, by Versatile:

    1. Reasonable Doubt
    2. The Blueprint
    3. The Black Album
    4. In My Lifetime, Vol. 1
    5. American Gangster
    6. Vol. 3 ... Life and Times of S. Carter
    7. The Blueprint2: The Gift & the Curse
    8. The Blueprint 3
    9. Vol. 2 ... Hard Knock Life
    10. Kingdom Come

By my count, he's made three classics, three really good albums, three albums with too much filler between the great songs and Kingdom Come. I'd probably put Watch the Throne sixth or seventh, depending on how recently I've listened to "Dopeman" and "Big Pimpin'."
