    Statistical note:

Carlos Delgado through first 69 games
    9 HR, 32 RBI, .242 BA, .321 OBP, .407 Slg.

    Carlos Delgado last 38 games:
    14 HR, 37 RBI, .299 BA, .386 OBP, .639 slg

So what happened between Game 69 and Game 70?

I was talking to a friend of mine about this tonight.

Who looks worse today: Randolph or Peterson?

I think it's Randolph, who will never manage again. Not that he did a thing worth a shit while on the job, anyway.

Not a big name, but the Twins may have lost second baseman Alexi Casilla for the season. He has a torn tendon in his right thumb.

I'd like to thank Billy Beane and the A's for pulling the plug on the season so early. It's giving KC a nice break in this stretch of games against Tampa, Boston, Chicago, Minnesota, Chicago, and New York.

Also, Gilbert Meche is a smooth 6-1 with a 2.66 ERA in his last 10 starts. And kudos to Jose Guillen for keeping himself in the spotlight as he resumes his flailing ways.

Casilla was a fucking stud. So of course he's out for the year.

I fucking hate this fucking game.

    Fuck.
