The last line is great. So that's why they got Ray Durham.

    Excellent.

Looks like when I went to do my job, I missed the worst of it. Pretty bad when practice for a horrible FCS team seems like sweet release compared to watching my favorite baseball team.

Like I said earlier, heads need to roll. Weeks and Yost get to the front of the line. It worked for the '82 Brewers, it can work again.

    Ted for Ned '08.

Cards scored two in the top of the first. Hampton continues to be in pre-St. Patrick's Day form.

But Hampton just got an RBI double in the bottom of the second to save his bacon.

Until the third inning, at least.

If Frank Beamer is the king of special teams, is Mike Scoschia the king of base-running?

Teixeira just stole his first base of the season.

EDIT: I have no idea how to spell Scoscia.

It sure doesn't help the Angels' cause that Torii Hunter and Juan Rivera both just hit 3-run homers.

And Torri Hunter continues his recent run of bashball.

Mike Hampton has now doubled up the right-field line to put the dogass Braves into the lead.
