  1. Not certain. Just saw a brief clip on ESPN. Manny Parra, the night's starter, was doing typical pissed off starting pitcher stuff...acting dejected, et al. while walking in the dug out. Prince just wheeled around and shoved him up against the wall a couple times...before a host of Brewer players/coaches could keep him back. Parra didn't show much fight...just kind of stared back at Fielder.

Parra looked scared shitless. Fielder looked like he was about to forget being a vegetarian and eat Parra. Fielder looked pissed.

Good start for the Royals. Gordon with a homer, but the real surprise was John Buck was hit by a pitch with the bases loaded. Unlike his fellow catcher in the dugout, Buck didn't charge the mound.

I believe I declared it several pages back, but the Brewers are done.

That series against the Cubs proved that.

OK, you chose a wild card team, I'll take the Brewers. Who do you want.

Everyone's favorite ump, Alfonso Marquez, just called two of the shittiest balk calls you'll ever see. Ron Washington, not surprisingly, got run while Armchair_QB kicked a stray puppy for no apparent reason.

And yet again, the Rays cannot beat the Indians.

I think they're going to be 3-20 against Cleveland over the last 3 1/2 seasons.

Joba Chamberlain just left with the trainer, pointing to his shoulder.

[blue]Oh yeah he's durable enough to hold up as a starter.[/blue]

Meanwhile, Kevin Youkilis just killed some kittens.
