That is weak, though I know Cabrera has a history of throwing at the Yankees.

Pitching line by Matt Garza tonight for Tampa Bay:

    Code:
Tampa Bay	IP	H	R	ER	BB	SO	HR	ERA
    Garza (W, 9-6)	9.0	5	0	0	1	5	0	3.56
... which is better than John Lackey's line tonight.

Rays are now 3-0 against Roy Halladay this season.

And is way better than Rasner and Marte's line. :)

No objects thrown here. Cubs have outplayed the Brewers ... period. Sometimes you just have to accept it, unlike last night's game, which had Rickie Weeks' dipshit fingerprints all over that never-should-have-been loss.

For tonight he is. Let us Cubs fans hope he continues this the rest of the year and hopefully into the postseason

Just trying not to start a flame war. That's reserved for the end of the season.

They've got to do something with Weeks. There's no way he's the opening day second baseman next season, is there?

Nice return from the DL for Chris R. Young. He has 6 strikeouts through two innings.

Figuring, correctly I might add, his face will likely remain in one piece as long as he strikes everyone out.
