    Sheets will probably wake up tomorrow with a torn rotator cuff, judging by previous history.

    All I know is, I'm glad the Pirates got at least one hit. Some days, as a Bucs fan, that's all you can ask for, which is sad.

    As a closet Brewers fan, I know exactly what you mean.

    The Pirates usually own the Brewers, so that win was nice.

    Nor should he be. Neither is Harvey Haddix nor Pedro Martinez.

    Legendary performances, all -- but the game's gotta end with no hits before you can say it's a real no-hitter.

    That said, nine (or 12, per Haddix) innings without a hit is a helluvan accomplishment.
