I'd like to thank Yahoo for picking a better football team for me than I would have.

 

Two things:
BigDog ... I'm in another league that you have to set a lineup by midnight Sunday for the whole week and it suck-diddily-ucks. I can't tell you how much we hate it. A guy gets injured on Monday? Too bad. You probably will automatically lose that week because you'll get screwed out of stats for one position. It's terrible. I would hate, hate, hate it in this league.

To BYH ... Nice start on Miller. Had the Chas Batch factor been the only consideration in my Hines Ward vs. Ernest Wilford decision, I would have started Ward. But that whole hamstring thing scared me, so I shifted Wilford in at the last minute. We'll see if it pays off. In my work league, where we get more one point per 7.5 receiving yards, that Miller play was a freaking monster, worth like 19 points or something. I was glad to find out he was only worth 11 in ours. Yikes.

 

Mr Commissioner, there is a pending football trade requiring approval, please....

 

Just a procedural note on our yahoo message board- I noticed that some of you have started using the football board to post thoughts of the day . You should still be using the baseball board until end of baseball season.

Please be considerate of your fellow owners so that we do not have to jump from board to board to see your fine work. Of late our league board has honestly been a better read than SJ. We should take that picture of doc down though - the Aryan defense league might come after us for outing one of their membership.

Thank you for your help with this matter of grave concern.

 

Why should I have to go to the baseball board? To remind myself that I failed to make the playoffs by going 3-25 over the last two weeks? Is that what you want? To rub salt in my wounds? You sadistic motherfucker Yankee fan (Oh wait - was that last bit redundant?)

And the Buttheads that Fly have no chance of winning this week. FHB might as well turn his attention to the hockey league because his football team won't survive this week's beatdown.
