    Bump.

And the finals are still tied 7-7, with about four categories very much up for grabs in the final two days. Me and BD each have a total of nine pitchers starting over the next two days.

    A very exciting race.

Can't wait to see this thing decided by the all-important INNINGS PITCHED category.

In football, it looks like we'll see some stupid bye weeks play a big impact on the outcomes.

The football league is a mess. Someone might have raised this earlier, and I wish it had been discussed: there are too many roster players, and zero talent in the pool. No fun....there's really no one to pick up.

When the Hots repeat as Commissioner, we will address the issue.

good point. but it's probably very hard to tell before the league starts when there are minor problems with roster size and talent depth.

next year, the tubers will have just one starting QB, and just two starting RBs. and fewer bench players.

I agree, it's nice to have some talent available in the free agent pool for those who like to take risks and/or have significant injuries.

Actually, Dog has that fairly locked up. It won't come down to that.

And who made up these rules that resulted in this predicament? :D

IT WAS DEFAULT!  We didn't want to be accused of tampering and screwing up the game by adding STUPID POINTLESS CATEGORIES OUT OF SPITE, such as INNINGS PITCHED.

Agreed. 2 QBs each in a league with 12 teams? That fucking stupid. I had to make a desperation trade for Josh McCown for fuck's sake. (thanks, Idaho!). There is no creativity of managing or making moves in this league.

Not only did I have to make the emergency trade for Brooks Friggin Bollinger, I did it a day too late too. He'll do nothing for me next week. And my team stinks.

I just have this bad feeling about my team. Something is going to go horribly wrong -- soon.

So, if anyone wants McNabb, he's available for the right price. Preferrably a high TD running back.

Yea, we're all just dying to get rid of our high TD RBs.
