In my money league (PPR) yesterday, second week of the two-week semifinal, my opponent had:
Jamaal Charles
Dez Bryant
Demarco Murray
Alshon Jeffery
Antonio Brown

I'm going to end up outscoring both of the other semifinalists handily. Yet I'm going to lose by like 70 points. Ridiculous.

 

Me vs. Spud in a championship match?

This is turning into an episode of 'Sleepy Hollow.'

 

Wow.

I shot myself in the foot. Had Reggie Bush and was afraid to commit to starting him at RB -- so I had him in the flex with Jacoby Jones as a backup in case Bush was inactive. Ended up starting Andre Brown at RB2 and chose Harry Douglas and Jordy Nelson over Pierce Garcon at WR (my original plan was to sit Brown and start all 3 receivers). Brown and Douglas pooped the bed, Garcon went crazy and I lost by 4 points.

 

I don't think he comes around here anymore, but good luck, Spud.

my skill position players picked a fine week to develop a fear of the end zone. And Peyton Manning, coming off a loss, with an NFL record within reach ... just wasn't going to happen for me this week.
