Every year, I turn my full attention to football once the Royals and Pirates are officially done. Often during the past 20 years, that would mean not long after the trade deadline.

Happy that the Bucs two years running and now the Royals have forced me to improve at multi-tasking.

BYH, thank you for your support on my Royals bandwagon, despite Joey Gathright's absence from this team.

And Bubbler, would the collective heads of all Brewers fans exploded had Ned Yost become a World Series-winning manager?

 

I'm still convinced the whole Ned Yost-is-in-the-World Series thing was a bad acid trip.
