Methinks I suck.

 

When do pitchers and catchers report?

 

Probably going to be the only week I'm atop the standings.

Life's about signs. Was going to stay with Carr but then saw a post on my FB feed from a townie who was in Minnesota for the weekend. He went to the game and posted a photo of the most beautiful field he ever saw. So I figured that was a sign and I threw the dice and changed out Carr and activated Stafford, who was doing me no favors through the first 3 quarters with just 91 yards and a TD. Then he came alive in the final minutes, then threw the winning TD in OT and finished with a respectable 14 points. Carr scored only 3. So that was a good move. I activated San Diego's defense from the FA list because they were playing Tennessee at home. Figured the Chargers might get a pick or two, maybe a fumble. Turns out the defense scored 2 TDs, had 2 picks, and a fumble recovery ... to offset the 35 points allowed. But the defense gave me 14 points, which helped immensely.

Anyway, the tumble to the bottom should start any day now.

 

Got clocked and tumbled into 2nd.

Although I should look closer at the standings, maybe I'm already fucked.

 

Xana'Rams on a 3-week losing streak. Lost last week by 5 points to 1st-place Flying Dutchmen. Needed Nelson to score at least a TD but he didn't.

Playoffs start next week. If form holds this week, Xana'Rams play Eddie D's ...

 

I've gone W-L the entire season.
