    I thought Matt Foley was a friend of Bob Odenkirk.

    They might’ve been friends, as well. Farley named the character after Foley when he performed it one night and Foley was in the audience.

    They went to college together and met playing rugby and became best friends. Matt led Farley’s funeral.

    I played rugby around Chicago and Farley was a legend years after he played.

    Any documentary or story about Farley is so sad, especially if you are Irish Catholic with a particular problem. His dad was over 300 pounds when Chris died, his brothers are in recovery.
