Quick question......Was I the only one watching this game and wondering why Quinn was still in the game, during the 4th quarter?? Michigan was in full bore "pin the ears back" mode, truly knocking the crud out of BQ.

At what point does preserving the franchise player begin to outweigh the shot at a miracle comeback? From my seat, sure seemed a lot earlier than it actually took place.....

 

My guess would be that they had just pulled from 40-14 to 40-21 and still had time left to have a shot.
Of course, coaching geniuses (genuei?) like Charlie Weis have their charges fighting to the end.
