Moddy, Maybe the SportsJournalists.com HR Department can work out this dispute?

Probably in less than 20 minutes.
Oh, and hey, I'd like to take you home. If that makes the rest of you uncomfortable, stop listening and being noisy.

Moddy, doesn't make me uncomfortable that you would take me home if I didn't already have a boyfriend. But that's cause I think you're a hunk. Not quite Rick Ankiel hunky, but pretty close.

In Moddy's defense he's not loaded up on HGH.

    As far as we know...

    So guilty until proven innocent?
That type of thinking is part of the problem, IMO.
You would think the NY Daily News has all their facts straight, but what if they don't?
Has anyone considered the possibility that Ankiel might be innocent?
I'm not saying he is, if they find proof he used an illegal drug after the ban, well then he deserves whatever consequences are forced on him.
But he deserves the benefit of the doubt, and I don't buy the argument that he's an athlete and he doesn't get that benefit because so many other athletes have been caught cheating.
So if a bunch of writers are caught plagiarizing, does that mean it's OK to assume all writers have done it at least once?
    The logic doesn't line up.

Let me tell you some facts big boy. I have no idea what kind of "break" you are talking about. I've been to the site pretty regularly but just didn't see anything worth posting about.
You aren't worth stalking. I don't have three or four user names. I have one alternate user name that I use very sparingly and when I tried to PM you back, you put a blocker on.
Yet, you continue to send me PMs knowing that I can't respond. Be a man about the situation, if you're going to say something, be man enough to hear the response. No one is going to beat you up or take away your gummie bears.
This site is better when you aren't trying to kiss up to show that "you're one of the guys" or "hip."
Now, do you want to end this piss off and put the thread on the right course or not?
Show me that you're truly a moderator and not an instigator.

Jake, Not guilty until proven innocent. That makes it sound like Ankiel's name was pulled out of thin air. There is a lot of smoke, which often means fire--especially when it comes to athletes and PEDs, which those whose names pop up in investigations usually do come out smelling very guilty. This has been an ongoing investigation that has already implicated a lot of pro athletes (Rodney Harrison, who admitted he received the HGH, for example). According to those stories, they have prescriptions from one of those fraudulent anti-aging doctors in Florida feeding Ankiel HGH, and they have shipments of the drugs being sent in Ankiel's name. Perhaps he's innocent. That is also a lot to explain. Anyone who reads that and raises an eyebrow isn't being unreasonable--at least to most people's sensibilities.

What about a guy having his career ended by a foul ball in the face?

I haven't sent you a PM in ages. Still dealing with all your e-mails.

You sent me a PM earlier this month. Come on and cut the BS. I haven't sent you an e-mail in more than two months.
Again, you want to take your beef with me public, that's fine. I don't have a problem with you but you sure as hell must have one with me. It seems that every post you've made today has somehow included me.
You're not God and you're not even close.
Like I said, quit trying to kiss up and trying to be cool so that everyone will like you. If you want to discuss this man-to-man by PM, which is where this actually belongs, then great. Otherwise cut it out.
I've asked you three times to show that you're a moderator and not an instigator.
    Which one are you?
