I was in a law school lecture and we broke to hear the news on the radio. This is in Canada, but the black students (very much a minority, all women as I can recall) were philosophical and accepting of the verdict, by no means happy or elated. Everyone else was stunned and we were a little surprised that these students weren’t on the law and order side of things.

I understand it now, although if you look at it through a gender lens as opposed to race it’s an absolutely horrific result.

I pretty much regard the entire reign of Fatfuck as a rolling disaster extending over years -- beginning on Jan. 20, 2009 and continuing even today. Hopefully at some point to be ended with a conclusive event.

There is a Facebook post from a guy who claimed to be well-situated in the black community in L.A. His stance is, if you think OJ committed the murders, you are wrong. He says he attended P Diddy parties, which he said are tame compared to Hollywood parties. OJ went to both. This guy says that Goodman was the coke supplier for Nicole. The murders were done by a Colombian drug cartel, the reason Nicole and Goodman both had signature "Colombian Neck Ties." Some females who I am familiar with (I know a lot of black families) posted on that thread. OJ beating up women was common knowledge and he was not a hero in the black community.

Thirty years from now the only thing O.J. may be known for is the “Made In America”documentary.

I’m really lately coming to grips with Boomers soon being historical figures.

During the Bronco “Chase” I was watching with an old girlfriend; it took so long we got busy multiple times.

There’s no way he didn’t do it IMHO because

    1. Long history of domestic violence against her
    2. The chase
    3. DNA
    4. He had no alibi

They screwed up on the glove. As a trial lawyer you never ask any question without knowing the answer. So wrong.

The mistake was the prosecution not demanding he take the stand after "trying on" those gloves, which was testimony of a kind. Lance Ito was out of his depth as a judge.

I think the only person not out of their depth at that trial was Cochran. Ito, the prosecution team, the jurors, all in way over their heads.

Carl Douglas was incredible in Made in America.
