And boots is just getting started. He may hit 30 of the 40 before page 5.

    Oh, bullshit.

Simpson was all set to pimp his book "If I Did It . . . " with, what, a one-hour show last year before the national backlash killed the show and the book deal, too.

Mark, that tab will never be paid.Hell it shouldn't have been awarded, at least not that high. Goldman wanted to ruin Simpson. He did. But now Goldman is greedy. Like I said, Simpson wasn't on the Today show promoting a book, Goldman was.

You're missing my point, but what a shock. Under normal circumstances, if some random dirtbag (or me, or you) was accused of an armed robbery, we'd, at the very least, be in an interrogation room right now, or a holding cell.
Apparently, O.J. is still operating under different rules than the rest of us.

Hondo, think for a moment. If this guy really did that, don't you think that he'd be in jail right now. There are too many people in law enforcement who would love to say "I got OJ"

Boots really thinks that if they find more evidence, they can try him again.

Yet another thread in ruins, thanks to redundant obfuscation.

And not talking about you, Hondo.

Seems silly to waste time exposing someone as a liar who everybody already knows is a liar (especially after I just admonished someone else to ignore him).

But, YES boots, you did. For example, in this thread: http://www.sportsjournalists.com/forum/threads/43818/#quickreply you did it here:

Great line, BigDog. Big laugh on my end.

Boots, the LVPD will be VERY careful on this one.
You know and they know that OJ is itching to make money, and would sue anyone in a heartbeat if they look at him wrong.
The LVPD will not go off on a whim. They will make sure everything is set before they even think of charging him.

What is your criteria for it not being that high?

What a shock, you're missing my point. I don't think he's operating under any different rules.
Look since the verdict, OJ has been rumored to have done a lot of shit. Nothing has stuck. He's not teflon. I'm not saying he's an angel but he's an easy target for stuff.
It sort of like these boards. When this thread began, there were two members convertsing. I make a statement and you and I were enjoying a good dialog and look how many people jump on and not to make a comment about the topic but to try and bait me into a name-calling free-for all. It's the same people all the time, Poindexter, Good Doctor, this new clown Dan Rydell. It never fails.
Hondo, I think the guy is just an easy mark.
